Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) distilled water
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) witch hazel or vodka (acts as a dispersant)
- 20-30 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions:
- In a clean spray bottle, combine the distilled water and witch hazel or vodka. The witch hazel or vodka helps the essential oil disperse evenly in the water.
- Add 20-30 drops of lavender essential oil to the bottle. Adjust the number of drops based on your preference for scent strength.
- Close the spray bottle tightly and shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Your DIY lavender pillow mist is now ready to use!
To use:
